Ekaterina Netchaeva from Utah to Bocconi

A NEW ASSISTANT PROFESSOR FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

Starting from September 2014 the Department of Management and Technology welcomes a new Assistant Professor. The new entry is Ekaterina Netchaeva and she is coming from the University of Utah, where she has recently earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior.

Canadian, Nenchaeva attended the University of British Columbia, where she obtained a first degree in Microbiology & Immunology and another one in Psychology (2009). From 2010 she has presented the results of her work on the occasion of several conferences in the United States.

Nentchaeva is a member of the Academy of Management, theAmerican Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her research interests focus on the fields of gender diversity, emotions in the workplace and contributions of individuals to teams.
