Annalisa Prencipe Chairing EAA's Publications Committee

THE ACCOUNTING PROFESSOR SUCCEEDS SALVADOR CARDONA, NEW PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION

The European Accounting Association (EAA)’s Management Committee appointed Annalisa Prencipe (Department of Accounting) Chairman of its Publications Committee, effective since the beginning of February. Prencipe has already been a member of the Publications Committee for four years.
 
The Committee is a six-member body that submits to the Management Committee the names of the editors of EAA’s journals (including European Accounting Review and Accounting in Europe) after an analysis of the candidates; approves the editorial boards of the journals; deals with the journals’ publishers; advises the Association on every issue linked to EAA’s publications –including ethical issues.
 
The Publications Committee’s former Chairman, Salvador Carmona, is EAA’s new President.
