An Important Step for Bertino's Bocconi Story

Lorenzo Bertino permanently joins the Department of Law

Lorenzo Bertino joins Bocconi’s Department of Law as assistant professor after a long period of collaboration with the University in the fields of civil law and private law. He gained his PhD in 2007 at Università di Padova and attended specialization programs in Freiburg, Germany.

A native of Bergamo, Bertino studied in Milano (both Università Statale and Università Cattolica) and Padova and is a licensed lawyer. He started his collaboration with Università Bocconi in 2003 - before the PhD - working with professors Giovanni Iudica and Emanuele Lucchini Guastalla.

Bertino is the author of a book (Le trattative prenegoziali e i terzi, Giuffrè, Milano, 2009) and of various scholarly articles published in prestigious Italian journals such as Contratto e impresa, Diritto pubblico comparato ed europeo, Responsabilità civile e previdenza, La nuova giurisprudenza civile commentata, Banca Borsa e titoli di credito.
