Chiara Mosca, a Takeover Bids Expert

She becomes assistant professor at the Department of Law

Chiara Mosca, after years of fruitful collaboration with Bocconi, permanently joins the Department of Law as assistant professor in the academic year 2011-2012.
She graduated in Bocconi and achieved both a M.Sc. at the London School of Economics and a PhD at Università Cattolica di Milano. Chiara Mosca had her first teaching experiences in Bocconi in 2000, she became a researcher with grant in 2002 and a lecturer in 2006. Since 2008 she has also been teaching at Bocconi’s PhD in Law of Business and Commerce.
Her main research interests are Corporate governance and Regulation of Financial Markets (with particular attention to takeover bid and listed companies regulation).
She’s the author of some twenty peer reviewed articles and book chapters.
