The First Guido Mucciarelli Research Grant is Assigned

Granted to Angelo Borselli, Bocconian PhD, during a meeting to commemorate the jurist who died last year

The first Guido Mucciarelli research grant has been assigned in memory of the commercial law professor and lawyer who collaborated for many years with Bocconi and who passed away in March of last year. The grant has been awarded to Angelo Borselli, who recently completed his PhD in Business Law at Bocconi and has conducted postgrad studies in the US. Thanks to the grant he will continues his research on the topic of intra-group financing, also in an international prospective.

The grant was officially handed over during a meeting in Bocconi to commemorate
Guido Mucciarelli during which Piergaetano Marchetti and Marco Ventoruzzo, Bocconi professors, and Marco Saverio Spolidoro, of Università Cattolica, rememebered the academic and scientific contribution of Mucciarelli. The meeting concluded with a musical contribution from the violoncellist Fabrizio Scilla of the Conservatorio di Milano.
