Anne Will Align Management and Responsibility

, by Bojana Murisic
Coming from HEC Paris, where she taught social entrepreneurship, Jacqueminet joins the Department of Management and Technology

Anne Jacqueminet is joining Bocconi's Department of Management and Technology from Strategy and Business Policy Department at HEC Paris where she obtained her Ph.D and where she taught classes in social entrepreneurship to the master students.

She also had a consulting position in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services Department at Ernst&Young where she did consulting for firms wishing to implement a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, social and environmental auditing, and used to write CSR reports.

At Bocconi she expects to be teaching strategy and sustainability. Her research also goes along those lines. She works on conformity within complex organizations (in particular on CSR in multinational enterprises), on attention focus and inconsistent practice implementation and on heterogeneous policy-practice coupling and the role of policy internalization within multinational enterprises. She will most likely be working with her colleagues from the Department: Maurizio Zollo, Torben Pedersen, Franz Wohlgezogen, Nel Dutt and maybe with some Ph.D students who are working on sustainability.

When Anne arrives in Milan, she will begin her adventure by learning the language and trying new Italian recipes. Also on her agenda are trips to the lakes and skiing in the mountains.
