Chiara Mosca Wins the Legal Studies Award

ORIGINALITY AND METHODOLOGICAL RIGOR AMONG THE REASONS CERTIFIED BY BOCCONI'S RESAERCH COMMITTEE AWARDING THE PRIZE

Bocconi’s Research Committee awarded the Legal Studies Award to Chiara Mosca, assistant professor of Financial Institutions and markets Law, for her scholarly essay Azione di concerto e opa obbligatoria (EGEA, 2013), published in the Economic Law Series, directed by Piergaetano Marchetti.

The prize goes to the author of a law publication which is outstanding for its originality and innovativeness, methodological rigor, relevance for comparative law and impact on the scientific community.

"The qualities of the book are undoubtedly the originality, the methodological rigor and the prominent role of the comparative analysis. The work one is of high scientific quality, as attested also by favorable judgments obtained elsewhere", reads the motivation.
