Ioannis Evangelidis Awarded by the Association of Consumer Research

THE PROFESSOR AT THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING IS A RECIPIENT OF THE 2016 ACR NICOSIA AWARD

Ioannis Evangelidis (Bocconi’s Department of Marketing), along with co-authors Jonathan Levav and Itamar Simonson (both Stanford University), is the recipient of the 2016 ACR Nicosia Award, assigned by the Association for Consumer Research.
 
Established in 1998, and funded by the Sheth Foundation, the Nicosia Award is presented to the author/s of the best competitive paper presented at the ACR annual conference.
 
The awarded paper, Comparison Focus: The Asymmetric Impact of Context Effects on Advantaged versus Disadvantaged Options, focuses on the prediction of how changes in choice set configuration influence choice shares.
 
The recipients have been announced at the ACR Annual Conference in Berlin.
