Cesare Cavallini Coopted to the Board of Editors of Global Jurist

NEW FRONTIERS IN INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH IN CIVIL JUSTICE AND PROCEDURE

Cesare Cavallini, Full Professor of Civil Procedure Law and Bankruptcy Law at Bocconi’s Department of Legal Studies, has been co-opted to the Board of Editors of Global Jurist, an important peer-reviewed journal published by De Grutyer in the field of comparative and international law.

The board includes comparative jurists of great prestige, such as Ugo Mattei (Hastings College of the Law and Editor in Chief); James Gordley (Tulane Law School and former Editor in Chief of The American Journal of Comparative Law), Horatia Miur Watt (Science Po) and Günter Frankenberg (Goethe Univ. Frankfurt am Main).

«The co-optation among Global Jurist’s editors is a source of satisfaction but also a stimulus for a stronger commitment to internationally circulated research», says Cesare Cavallini, «in the field of Civil Justice and Procedure».
